Profile Information: You may optionally provide your first and last name, stored solely to personalize your experience.

Usage Data: We may track the date and count of your daily AI interactions to enforce fair-use limits defined by your subscription plan.

Conversation Content: Conversation content is not stored by AskBuddha-AI unless explicitly stated inside the app or required for a feature you choose to use.

Subscription Information: If you purchase a subscription, RevenueCat may process the transaction. We may receive a RevenueCat subscriber ID to verify entitlement status. Payment card details are not received or stored by AskBuddha-AI.

How We Use Data

We use the information we collect to authenticate your identity, maintain your account, personalize your experience, enforce daily interaction limits, verify active subscription entitlements, improve service reliability through aggregated observability data, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data, build advertising profiles, or send unsolicited marketing communications.

Data Retention

We retain account and profile information for as long as your account remains active. Daily usage records may be retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data using the support information provided in the app or on this site. We will respond to reasonable requests within 30 days where required by law.

Data Security
